Checking Property Availability

Objective: To determine the availability of a property for potential guest extensions.


Key Steps:

  1. Option 1: Using Smiley/Booking Sync

    • Go to the calendar.

    • Click on the view option.

    • Search for the property.

    • Check the calendar view to see if the property is available based on guest check-out and check-in dates.

  2. Option 2: Using the Opago App

    • Open the Opago app.

    • Click on the slide bar.

    • Select Reservations, then Calendar.

    • Choose the property the guest is staying at.

    • Check for availability on the calendar to determine if the property is available for an extension.


Cautionary Notes:

  • Ensure to accurately input the property details to avoid confusion.

  • Double-check the dates on the calendar to provide correct information to guests.
