Guest Services We offer

We offer a number of different guest services below I have listed them.


Guest Check In

Guest services agent will arrive 30 min in advance to get to know the property and complete their report. 

During the check in we meet the guest outside and help with luggage if needed. We guide them in the flat through, the appliances and all the flat’s quirks so that their stay is as smooth as possible and they feel at home.

Service time: 90 min

Property Viewing 

• Slot Viewing: Meeting one or 2 applicants to show one flat.
  Service time: 60 min

• Open House: We stay in the flat letting people in and showing them around.
  

Service time: 60 min

• Block Viewing: Showing multiple flats to 1 or 2 applicants max.
  Service time: 60 min

Guest assistance:

This service offers the client and guest any support they might need during, before or after the stay. We can support the guests with most requests such as;

• Key collection
• Key Cutting 
• Watering the plants 
• Collecting letters / post 
• Posting lost property 
• Damage inspection 
  
• Dropping off items to the client
