Phone Call Tagging

Categorising phone calls based on type and source for follow-up and tracking purposes.


Steps

  1. After each call on Aircall, click on the phone call

  2. Click on the tags

  3. Select whether it is a Long Let or Short Let Enquiry


    Long Let Enquiry 
    If it's a long let enquiry & it's the first time the tenant is contacting us. 
    Long Let Follow Up 
    If it's a long let enquiry & the tenant has contacted us before
    Short Let Enquiry
    If it's a short let enquiry & it's the first time the tenant is contacting us.
    Short Let Follow Up
    If it's a long let enquiry & the tenant has contacted us before



  4. Select the specific Enquiry Type:

  • Enquiry about the property

  • Enquiry about an area

  • Enquiry about amenities or services

  • Support finding an appointment

  • Discount request


       5. Choose the platform the inquiry came from:

  • Vrbo

  • Booking.com

  • Airbnb

  • Marriott Homes and Villas

  • Home Like

  • Direct 

  • Zoopla

  • On the Market

  • Right Move
