Approved Quoted Works:
- If access is not granted on day of scheduled quoted works or the job is cancelled on the day for whatever reason, client may be subject to a cancellation charge of 2 hours labour.
(this is subject to vary between suppliers so it is important we sense check with them at the time on what their cancellation charge intention will be)
Same Day Cancellations on any other task:
- Cancelled when Supplier is on the way or on site - Full call out fee will apply
- Cancelled within 3/4 hours of scheduled slot - May be subject to a 50% cancellation fee on the call out cost
- Cancelled first thing in the morning of the scheduled task - May be subject to a 25% cancellation fee on the call out cost
