Unit Code & Unit Name

We use the unit name and unit code to identify each property. When communicating with clients it's always best to use the unit name.

When creating the unit code it follows this pattern. The Client Abbreviation followed by the code. 

The majority of clients will provide you a code when onboarding a new unit, if the client doesn't provide this code look in the app and find the latest unit and add 1 e.g. if the last unit as PRISA12 the next unit will be PRISA13.

The Unit Name also follows a pattern. It starts with the Unit Code + the Street Name e.g. if BLG101 is on Green Street the Unit Name would be BLG101- Green Street.
