Guest Team x Opago - OOH Supplier Usage and Process

City Relay will be provided with a dedicated Out of Hours/Emergency contact list consisting of Opago's regular suppliers who cover OOH.

They may contact these suppliers directly after 6pm on weekdays and weekends for urgent service requests only. All other requests before 6pm each day must go to the Opago Maintenance Team as usual. 


CR Guest Team – Process Instructions

  1. Contact the chosen supplier directly to arrange the emergency out of hours service.

  2. Share the full request details in the #cr-maintenance channel and confirm which supplier is attending (important).

  3. Continue updating the thread with any relevant information you may get from the supplier regarding the job.


Opago MAT Team – Process Instructions

  1. Acknowledge the request the following day.

  2. Create a new service for the supplier to upload their full report, costs, and invoice as usual.

  3. Either schedule or complete the service depending on whether the supplier uses the app.

  4. Monitor the service to ensure it is fully updated same day.
