Request for the Housekeeper

This step-by-step guide will help you request additional services from the housekeeper and track the completion of the task. Follow these instructions to ensure a smooth request and response process.


Step 1: Access the Service Section

  • Log in to the system and navigate to the Service section.

Step 2: Service Invoiced

  • Click on Service Invoiced to view the list of ongoing services related to housekeeping.


Step 3: Request Extra Service

  • In the Service Invoiced section, select Extra Service.

Step 4: Add an Extra Task

  • After selecting Extra Service, click on Add Extra Task.

  • You can now assign additional services to the housekeeper.


Step 5: Provide Task Details

  • Click on Extra Task to specify what additional work needs to be done.

  • Add a Comment describing the extra task in detail, such as any specific instructions or requests.

Step 6: Monitor the Task Completion

  • Once the housekeeper completes the extra service, you can see the answer or completion report directly in the report.
